We’re pleased to share that plans have now been submitted for the new Medi-Tech Centre at Oakham Enterprise Park 🏥✨

Working with Rutland County Council, Anotherkind Architects has been developing proposals for the new £3.5m purpose-built healthcare and innovation facility.

The building will bring together clinical and diagnostic facilities alongside flexible spaces for healthcare professionals, research, education and health technology businesses — supporting the ambition to provide more healthcare services closer to home while encouraging innovation and skilled employment in Rutland.

The ground floor has been designed around the clinical provision, including consultation, treatment, diagnostic and recovery spaces, with flexible accommodation above for further flexible consultation, research, development and health technology 📐

A really interesting project for the team and great to see it reach this important milestone. We look forward to seeing the proposals progress through planning 🙌

Team AK had a fantastic day out in the Derbyshire Peaks yesterday. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather, amazing views and plenty of laughs along the way.

It's not often that everyone gets the chance to step away from their day-to-day projects and spend time together outside the studio, so days like these are really valuable. Getting out into the fresh air, catching up with colleagues and enjoying the outdoors is great for wellbeing and helps strengthen the relationships that make our team what it is.

A great day had by all and a reminder of the importance of taking time to connect, recharge and enjoy some of the incredible landscapes we have right on our doorstep.

Working with Wynbrook and Synergy Care Developments, the project is now in its final stages, with the finishes and external works coming together across the site 📐👷
