Anotherkind Halloween & Bonfire Bake Off 2026

, bringing the team together for an afternoon of creativity, friendly competition, and plenty of delicious baking.

The standard of entries was incredibly high, making judging no easy task, but after a hotly contested competition, 

 taking a very well-deserved second place.

Most importantly, the event helped raise funds for our chosen charity, 

, supporting the vital work they do for people living with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, tasted, voted, and donated. It was fantastic to see the team get involved and make our first Bake Off such a success.

Planning Approved for Oakham's New Medi-Tech Centre.

We're delighted that plans for the new £3.5m Medi-Tech facility at Oakham Enterprise Park have been approved.

Designed by Anotherkind Architects, the development will provide a modern, purpose-built healthcare environment, bringing together consultation rooms, procedure theatres, recovery spaces and dedicated MRI diagnostic facilities under one roof.

Access to quality healthcare is vital for thriving communities, and we're proud to have worked alongside the project team to help bring this important investment to Oakham and the wider Rutland area.

We're looking forward to seeing the project move into its next stage and become a valuable new healthcare resource for local residents.

The proposals include a new café, reception facilities and dedicated staff accommodation, creating a welcoming arrival point for visitors to the estate 📐☕

We’re looking for Architects with a strong residential background and experience working on larger housing developments. You’ll be confident coordinating with clients and consultant teams and comfortable taking responsibility for projects through the design and delivery stages.


We’re also looking for Architectural Technologists with a strong technical background in residential delivery. Experience of commercial housebuilding and multi-plot developments is particularly important, along with the ability to coordinate technical packages and take projects through the technical and construction stages.
