 has been conceived as a positive marker for arrival — a development that enhances the town’s western edge while reflecting its identity and ambition.

 is a distinctive new residential development in Kirkby in Ashfield, creating twelve contemporary homes on a prominent gateway site at the western approach to the town. 

The design takes inspiration from Kirkby’s railway heritage, translating the robust, functional character of local industrial architecture into a refined, contemporary form. A series of feature brickwork arches provide rhythm and texture to the façades, framing entrances and windows while giving the development a strong sense of place.
