A great time to be alive on our annual away days: we’ve enjoyed climbing Arthur’s seat, being together and laughing a lot, singing badly but dancing better, and living life to the full ❤️

Some of the Anotherkind team enjoyed a guided tour of Newark Castle today, seeing first-hand how our conservation works are progressing.

From the basements and crypts, right up to the roof, it was fantastic to experience the full extent of the project, and how our new additions will add important accessible areas for future public use.

It’s great to see our team’s hard work being brought to life.

 will be Anotherkind Architects’ Charity of the Year. 💜🧡

This feels especially meaningful with it being World IBD Day today, a global moment to raise awareness of inflammatory bowel disease and the impact it has on over 500,000 people in the UK.

Living with Crohn’s or Colitis can be incredibly challenging, and the work the charity does through support, research, and advocacy is vital.
Over the next year, we’ll be getting involved through fundraising, awareness campaigns, and team events to support this important cause.

Anotherkind's Charity of the Year - Crohn's and Colitis UK

On Thursday we swapped the studio for York for our annual away day 🚆

Starting with a boat trip along the River Ouse, guided by a surprisingly entertaining tour guide 🚤

After checking in and exploring the city, the evening took us to Nola for dinner before heading to Roxy Ballroom for curling, karaoke and a few questionable song choices 🎤🥌

Highlight of the night probably goes to the Dan x2 duet…

Friday morning was a slightly slower pace, rounded off with a walk around the city walls before heading home 🌤️

A great couple of days away from the studio and a well overdue chance for the team to switch off 🍻
