Team AK had a fantastic day out in the Derbyshire Peaks yesterday. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather, amazing views and plenty of laughs along the way.

It's not often that everyone gets the chance to step away from their day-to-day projects and spend time together outside the studio, so days like these are really valuable. Getting out into the fresh air, catching up with colleagues and enjoying the outdoors is great for wellbeing and helps strengthen the relationships that make our team what it is.

A great day had by all and a reminder of the importance of taking time to connect, recharge and enjoy some of the incredible landscapes we have right on our doorstep.

Working with Wynbrook and Synergy Care Developments, the project is now in its final stages, with the finishes and external works coming together across the site 📐👷

A new riverside residential scheme for MyPad and Pelham Homes🏡✨

Our proposals comprise a mix of 2-bed apartments and 3-bed houses, with a range of house types and plot sizes creating variety across the development.

Sitting alongside The Embankment in Nottingham, the scheme takes a contemporary approach to its riverside setting, with the architecture designed to respond to the character and context of this prominent location 🌿📐

Great to see this one taking shape and looking forward to progressing the proposals with the wider team 🤝

Some of the Anotherkind team enjoyed a guided tour of Newark Castle today, seeing first-hand how our conservation works are progressing.

From the basements and crypts, right up to the roof, it was fantastic to experience the full extent of the project, and how our new additions will add important accessible areas for future public use.

It’s great to see our team’s hard work being brought to life.
