Friday marked our annual away day - a chance to step out of the studio and into the Derbyshire sun.
This year, we took to the Burbage Valley, tackling a trail of tasks, stretching our legs and our brains. A proper recharge: fresh air and friendly competition, between two teams, to capture the flag.
We wrapped up with well-earned refreshments, and tired legs but plenty of laughter.
